Exciting Opportunity to Join a Leading Dealer Group in Southern California! Toyota Carlsbad is Seeking a Weekend Sales Coordinator. Position Summary: As the Sales Coordinator, you will be the dealership's primary contact with the public, representing us in a professional and friendly manner at all times. You will support the sales department by overseeing and assisting with the sales floor process, contributing to the success of our sales staff and managers. What We Offer:

Hours:

• Saturday: 9am - 5pm
• Sunday: 10am - 6pm

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED, plus 1-2 years of experience with multi-line phones in a busy, public environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in front desk and customer service
• Intermediate skills in data entry, Excel, Word, and general computer use
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
