Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee day-to-day business operations, including inventory management, delivery logistics, and quality assurance.
· Implement and maintain efficient processes to optimize warehouse productivity and ensure timely order fulfillment.
· Ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.
· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
· Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and collaborating with the sales team.
· Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Bachelor’s degree in B.A.; or previous Branch Manager experience or combination of education and experience.
Proven experience in warehouse management, with a focus on inventory control and logistics.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and inspire others to achieve goals.
Salary: $52,000
Will be required to successfully complete pre-employment screening, which may include criminal background check, MVR history
