Position Overview:

Role: Physician for Urgent Care Telehealth Program

Location: Fully Remote

Schedule: Flexible hours to fit your lifestyle

Compensation: $112 - $120 per hour, with additional pay of $150 per month for supervising Nurse Practitioners (estimated 1 hour/month per NP), and a 15% differential for work during nights and weekends.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support a team of at least 5 Nurse Practitioners, including performing quarterly chart reviews and conducting virtual meetings as needed.
Provide video and phone consultations, both scheduled and on-demand, as well as asynchronous communication with patients.
Deliver urgent care for a variety of conditions, such as minor injuries, respiratory infections, skin conditions, gastrointestinal issues, and allergies.
Work with a diverse range of patients, championing inclusivity and evidence-based care for all.
Requirements:

Active MD or DO license in good standing in 5 states, including California and at least 3 of the following: Pennsylvania, Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, Missouri, Mississippi, South Carolina, or Tennessee.
Board certification and a valid DEA certification.
Minimum of 2 years of independent practice experience.
Ability to effectively supervise and support a team of Nurse Practitioners.
Proficiency with technology, along with excellent communication and professionalism.
Experience in telemedicine or virtual care is highly desirable.
