You support our team as
Purchasing/SCM Coordinator

Responsibilities

Prepare, issue & distribute contracts for direct material, indirect material and CAPEX.
CAPEX budget / spend tracking and reporting.
Act as Aurora (AS400) administrator (vendor management, commodity maintenance, etc.).
Manage and process surcharges in Aurora, as well as surcharge reporting.
Act as TruCentrix administrator (vendor management, contact maintenance, etc.).
Perform NPM purchases, including office supplies, kitchen stock and cleaning supplies.
Manage documents and approval process in DocuSign.
Maintain SCM (Supply Chain Management) Department files.
Perform administrative / clerical functions to support SCM Buyers.
Generate and summarize Monthly SCM Reports.
Collect and verify tooling information and invoices.
Management and maintenance of Vendor Insurance Forms.
Administrative and clerical duties as assigned by Team.
Locate data in Aurora and SAP systems as needed.
Spend Reporting (Diversity spend, focus reports, etc.).
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years experience in Administrative; Contracts; Buying or Purchasing.
SCM experience and SAP, AS400 or other ERP system preferred.
Should have excellent math skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office including excel and PowerPoint.
Possess excellent organizational skills, good project management skills and good people skills.
Must be able to multi-task and be a motivated, autonomous worker.
