Job Title: Construction PM
Location: Belle Chase LA
Salary: $70k-100k DOE
Requirements: Modular Structures and Offshore Construction Projects

We strive to set the bar in designing compliant modular structures for a variety of uses in the oil/gas, maritime and renewable and emergency response industries. Our ongoing structural analyses ensures that our products not only meet expectations but exceed them. Due to recent growth, we are in need of an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee execution from start to finish for assigned projects.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Review RFQ and bid estimates provided by sales to understand complete scope of work.
• Develop plan for each project, outline responsibilities, schedules, material orders, action items.
• Works with Sr. Project Manager & Engineering to interpret engineering and drafting documents.
• Ensure document control process followed for assigned projects. 
• Lead pre-construction meeting, kick-off meeting with clients, reoccurring project update meetings.
• Updates costing reports and schedules for management, clients, and others.
• Works with Sr. Project Manager to interface with regulatory bodies, surveyors, and third-party agencies. 
• Provides weekly updates and reports on project status.

What you need:

• Associate degree or higher in Business or related field.
• 2+ years of construction industry experience.
• Ability to interpret engineering documents and as-built drawings.
• Ability to understand basic technical/engineering principles related to modular structures.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 

  Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge or experience with offshore regulatory requirements and codes (ABS, USCG, DNV, Lloyd's, SOLAS, CSC).
• Experience in engineering or drafting.
• Experience with modular or offshore construction.

• Knowledge or understanding of building codes and permitting requirements.
