  • Lead the strategic development of presentations, reports, recaps, client briefs, and high-level, client-facing materials.
  • Collaborate with individuals and teams across FINN Partners, building a network to help deliver more value for clients and drive new opportunities for the impact team.
  • Provide strategic insights for new business responses and expert input on PR and integrated RFPs.
  • Lead high-performing account teams of communications professionals, providing strategic oversight and nurturing talent and ensuring the highest quality of work.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of CSR and the broader sustainability landscape; develop client storyline recommendations and communication strategies.
  • Build thought leadership platforms for C-Suite executives, developing narratives and building relationships with senior executives and leaders within our client network.

You are a strong candidate if you have:

  • A minimum of 10 years of agency experience and the ability to efficiently lead multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience in all phases of client service, including development of PR/integrated communication strategies and plans; media pitching; content development; digital, influencer and social media campaigns; project and team management; reporting and budget management.
  • Successfully developed and implemented impactful, brand-building programs and corporate social responsibility campaigns spanning traditional and new media, social media, influencer, and digital platforms.
  • Proven success in corporate, employee and executive communications with strong oral and written communications skills.
  • Experience in media and spokesperson training, crisis planning and management.
  • Passion for mentoring and helping junior team members grow.
  • Creativity, ingenuity, and an initiative-taking attitude.
  • A bachelor’s degree in public relations, business, communications, marketing, journalism, English, or a related field.

As a FINN team member, you will have access to:

  • A generous time-off policy with extra time off during the summer, and office closure between Christmas and New Year’s Day.
  • Comprehensive medical and dental insurance with FSA.
  • Parental leave and flexible accommodations for working parents.
  • 401(k) Plan with matching benefits.
  • Company travel and consumer discounts.
  • Complimentary reservations for our company house in upstate NY.
  • An annual Wellness subsidy.
  • Hybrid WFH model.
  • Career growth opportunities.

** Candidates must be able to work from the New York headquarters office at least two days per week. Anticipated Salary: $140K. Commensurate with experience and depending upon workplace.
