Who We Are Looking For: We are seeking a passionate, creative, engaged, and technically proficient Landscape - Designer II to join us in a dynamic and collaborative design atmosphere. Applicants must possess exceptional design and technical abilities.
What Your Day Could Consist Of: - Collaborate with project teams during all phases of design, from conceptual design through construction documentation.
- Lead, work, and manage projects within every phase of design.
- Develop, modify, and review design concepts through construction documents according to established standards and technical expertise.
- Work with entire design team to create, develop, and deliver the vision.
Requirements For Success: - Excellent design, graphics, and visualization skills.
- Proficient in design programs including, but not limited to: AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Sketch-up, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Reliable, self-driven work ethic, and able to meet fast paced project demands and deadlines.
- Project experiences will be diverse, ranging from large mixed-use development plans with sports facilities to detailed site design that supports our architectural team.
- Ability to develop ideas in multiple software platforms such as Sketch-Up, Civil3D, InDesign, Photoshop and others.
- Ability to prepare hand graphics are extremely important skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Essential Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited university in Landscape Architecture
- 3-7 years of experience
- Landscape architectural registration and LEED-accreditation is a plus, but not required.
Additional details: - Travel may be required.
- Occasional overtime may be required.
