Job Description - We are looking for a graphic designer to help the Digital Experience (DX) Team implement the brand and aesthetic primarily in digital media, with a focus on web and user interface (UI) design.
- As a graphic design contractor, you will work under the supervision of the Sr. Design Art Director and Associate Creative Director on the Digital Experience Team to help produce design assets like design system components, web banners, web pages, standalone graphics and illustrations, wireframes, presentations (PPT) and more.
- This role requires a conceptual thinker who can juggle multiple assignments while being a collaborative team player.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with team members (strategy, UX, content, IT/Dev, etc) to create conceptual designs for new and existing digital platforms and tools – especially eCommerce websites
- Help DX team with visual and competitive research needed for a given project
- Partner with copywriters, UX designers and IT partners to produce final designs/products
- Develop designs primarily in digital media, iconography, and presentation (PPT) formats, with possibilities for social and print designs
- Conduct research, create mood boards/design concept options, design presentation documents, web layouts, logos/icons, illustrations, and assist DX Sr Graphic Art Director
- Create designs that align to and meet expected minimum accessibility standards (WCAG)
Skills & Qualifications :
- At least 4-5 years of web-based graphic design experience with portfolio/samples to share
- Experience collaborating with UX Designers and/or Developers strongly preferred
- Advanced Figma and Adobe Creative Suite experience
- Excellent design aesthetics, detail-oriented, resourceful, and strong organization skills
- Team player and able to manage/prioritize their own work on multiple projects at once
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce platforms (Commerce/Experience/Marketing Clouds) a plus
- Experience establishing and expanding internal Design Systems a plus (we primarily use Salesforce Lightening and Google Material 3)
- Familiarity with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) preferred
