OVERVIEW

Are you ready to lead and inspire at Harpoon Brewery's flagship venue? We are looking for a dynamic General Manager for the Harpoon Beer Hall. You'll be the driving force behind exceptional service, operational excellence, and financial success while bringing the Harpoon brand to life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leadership: Oversee Boston Retail operations, including the Beer Hall, our outdoor events space, and other ventures.
• Team Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff, maintaining high service standards.
• Operations: Manage all on-site food and beverage operations and events.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all licensing, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
• Financial Management: Handle cash control, financial reporting, budgeting, and inventory management.
• Marketing: Oversee marketing initiatives and collaborate with the Digital Marketing team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: 5+ years in F&B general management. Experience opening establishments a plus.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with POS systems, budgets, and financial accounting.
• Attributes: Highly organized, energetic, and passionate about craft beer.
