Job Description:

Position Summary: As a Garage Floor Coating Installer, you will be trained in all aspects of polyaspartic floor installation, from surface preparation to final finish. You will work closely with our experienced installers to learn the skills and techniques necessary to produce top-quality work. This position is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, has a strong work ethic, and is looking for long-term career growth within our company. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to receive paid training for garage door servicing and installations as we expand our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of surfaces for polyaspartic floor installation, including cleaning, grinding, and repairing.
• Mix and apply polyaspartic coatings with precision and attention to detail.
• Help with the installation of decorative elements, such as flakes.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Basic knowledge of tools and construction processes is a plus, but not required.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
