Job Description: We are seeking an Event Production Assistant who is comfortable working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. The role requires driving to event sites, inflating balloons, and assisting with crafting and event setup. You will play an integral role in bringing our event designs to life and ensuring that everything runs smoothly during production. Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive to and from event locations, transporting materials and equipment.
• Assist in inflating and assembling balloon garlands, arches, and other decor.
• Help create custom crafts and event installations as needed.
• Assist in event setup, breakdown, and ensuring the workspace is clean and organized.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Other tasks that arise in the event production process.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Creativity and a willingness to learn and assist in different aspects of event production.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends as needed for event schedules.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in event production, crafts, or decor is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with inflating balloons or balloon art is a bonus, but training will be provided.
