We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Event Assistant. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of various events, such as corporate meetings, conferences, product launches, weddings, and social gatherings. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Event Manager and team with event logistics, planning, and coordination.
• Support the setup and breakdown of event venues, including arranging seating, decor, and equipment.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to confirm event details
• Assist in coordinating transportation, catering, and other event services.
• Maintain inventory of event supplies and materials.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, managing event calendars, and processing invoices.
• Perform post-event duties, including collecting feedback and assisting in report generation.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
