Data Entry Assistant

In this role, you are responsible for maintaining accurate records related to production quality. Position: Data Entry Assistant

Location: Sauk Rapids, MN

Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm

Pay: Up to $20/hr. based on experience.

Job Summary:

As a Data Entry Assistant, you will support the Quality department in maintaining records related to production quality to ensure the integrity of our products. This role involves entering, verifying, and managing data, ensuring all information is accurate and readily accessible for quality control purposes.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter production and quality data into the company’s databases
• Verify data for accuracy, making corrections as needed
• Maintain and update records of quality reports, inspection results, and other documents
• Collaborate with quality inspectors and production staff to ensure timely and accurate data collection
• Assist in the preparation of documentation for internal and external audits

Skills and Abilities:

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Strong dependability and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask with strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed, accurate records.
• Knowledge of computer skills and software.
• Willing to learn new skills and train.

Physical Requirements:

• Capability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to spend extended periods of time in an office setting
• Please note this position is in a manufacturing facility and will require regular movement between the office area and manufacturing floor.
• Individuals will be required to wear appropriate PPE when entering the production floor.
