Customer Account Repair Representatives play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of account information. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to changing protocols and processes.

Full Time: Monday - Friday; 7am -3:30pm

Pay: $16.00

Responsibilities:

• Logs into internal systems and client platforms to search for account information, viewing and verifying scanned images or account details, and confirming or correcting account numbers or other data discrepancies.
• Communication via phone, email and internal systems.
• Follows established work processes to ensure optimal output, quality, and downstream process integrity.
• Stays updated on training and changes within client protocols
• Responsible for meeting output requirements as defined by leadership, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification.
• Ability to follow established processes and protocols consistently and efficiently.
