Job Description

Join our team as a Part-Time or Full-Time Clinician for one of our Family Mental Health Clinics. In this role, you will provide mental health services to individuals with psychiatric diagnoses who require services from a licensed mental health facility. The positions are 100% outpatient, and clinic locations and hours may offer flexibility. Our current model is hybrid, providing both in-person and remote services. Compensation ranges from $30.21-$40.10 per hour.

Responsibilities:

As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments and developing written treatment plans with the client (collaborative documentation) in compliance with OMH regulations.
• Providing appropriate clinical documentation and agency reports (e.g. clinician’s schedule, treatment plans) in a timely manner.
• Providing treatment in various modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy for ongoing treatment cases.
• Attending agency in-service training and staff meetings.
• Filing timely insurance claim forms and maintain other necessary contacts with insurance companies.

Requirements:

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications :

• New York State licensure (LMFT, LMSW, LMHC, or LCSW) is required.
• Familiarity and experience with evidenced-based treatments, knowledge of modern principles of social work, prior experience with children, community mental health, and/or co-occurring disorders.
• Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.
